Bang & Olufsen B&O PLAY by Beoplay H2 On-Ear Headphones – : Headphones

What can i say best headphones ever sound is amazing everyone that has tried them loved them very comfortable on the ears could wear all day got them when they where on offer money well spent.

Not my first choice colour, but at the price amazon was offering, these would take some beating. Excellent sound and fairly comfortable for prolonged listening.

Great sound quality, comfy and noise cancelling. Although a lot of noise escapes from these to the outside world.

These are excellent headphones and th clarity and build quality is excellent. However, they at the exceptionally tight fitting on your head. I’ve not got the smallest head but it do s feel like it’s in a vice like grip when i wear these. The fact you can’t really adjust this element of the headphones seems like a stupid move by b&o.

Purchased as an xmas present for my boyfriend only getting round to writing review now. Got them for a steal on cypher monday, well worth the money, quick delivery my boyfriend loves them said they are very confortable and sound is great.

Got these on a lighting deal for a bargain price (almost half price) and delighted so far. Deliberated over my choice for a good while having shortlisted b&w p3s, akg y50s and others) but the lightning deal sealed it for me. I’ve only had these running for a few hours but already they are proving to be the most revealing and enjoyable phones i’ve tried. And that includes my grado sr80s. They produce a warm, open sound (although not overly big soundstage) with good dynamics and from what i’ve played so far handle most genres equally well. The best quality for me is the level of detail they provide; i am hearing new things in favourite albums and they seem to be particularly good in the mid frequencies. They are a real step up from entry level phones. Build quality appears to be excellent (i say this with some caution given that headphones can be prone to issues after extended use such as cable issues and sudden loss of sound in one ear etc) and they do have a premium feel. I like the fact that the cable is removable so you can replace/upgrade this easily should it become damaged or faulty. Some other reviewers have mentioned that the h2s can be uncomfortable as they are a tight fit – they are quite tight but the ‘adaptive design’ does actually work as (for me at least) the pressure eases after about 5 mins or so to the point that after about half an hour i no longer noticed any pressure or discomfort.

Picked them up for £80 on black friday, so worth it, would still be worth it at £170.

Ok, so as headphones go, these sound great, they have a slightly exaggerated sound signature, which for most people who like bass, will be great. The build quality seems good, and the leather is nice. However – the reason for the 3 stars, is that, as a glasses wearer, these are extremely uncomfortable when wearing them for any period of time (more than 30 minutes). – the auto-adjusting headband means that they are a very tight fit, and the supra-aural design means that large amounts of pressure are applied over the ear, which presses too hard against the glasses frame, and causes headaches in my case. – my glasses frame is quite thick however.

Taking these out the packaging, the quality of these is immediately obvious. Thought they’re plastic, they still feel relatively sturdy and the fabric across the sides and band gives a pleasant rough texture. The ear cups are soft and mean that wearing these for an hour or longer never feels uncomfortable. I picked up the ‘feldspar green’ version of these and they’re a seriously beautiful piece of kit. In terms of sound quality, i’m not audiophile, but i think they sound great for day-to-day listening. They’re nicely balanced – the bass is present but not overpowering and the mids and highs don’t get drowned out at higher volumes. I’ve tried plenty of over-ear headphones in the £200+ range and while these can’t match the most expensive sennheisers or grados, these still sound great and look even better. While they’re not noise-cancelling, they also block out a surprising amount of external sound for on-ear headphones. I picked these up for £100 on an amazon lightning deal which was phenomenal value – they’re easily worth that or a bit more.

I absolutely love this product. I bought them for my boyfriend, but unfortunately i have had to return them as he has a massive bulbous head and kept complaining that they were too small. So clearly, if you or the person you are buying for has a head comparible to the elephant man, then these probably aren’t the headphones for you. Sound quality is great though for those with average to small heads :-).

Sounds is absolutely excellent. The fit was a bit tight the first hour or so, but more comfortable now after some use. However, i knocked 1 star off the review as they are a bit uncomfortable for extended use.

I’m really happy with these headphones. There’s no denying that they look fantastic but i was initially worried that i was going to be paying for style over sound (reason i’ve never owned a pair of beats). These are easily some of the best sounding on-ears i’ve heard at this price. Bass is definitely present without being muddy and the highs are crisp and distinct. Audiophiles looking for the most accurate sound reproduction possible may find this to be a negative but if you’re like me and want a decent looking pair of headphones to wear out and about (i use these on my way to and around uni) that make your music sound really really good then you’ll be more than happy with these. These are also very comfortable. When you first put them on they may feel a bit snug but it’s never at the point of being unpleasantly so and actually it’s reassuring when moving about a lot knowing that these won’t easily slip off. Also, these were definitely designed to be worn around your neck when out but not in use.

I know hear sounds i’ve not heard in a song before. I got them when they were reduced as well so double pleased.

There is a little switch in the wire which broke after a few uses, rather disappointing for such apparently quality headphones.

I was initially very confused about these, it was a choice between these for on offer for £79, sennheiser momentum 2. 0 on ear (on offer for £99) or akg k550 (£110 direct from akg). Apart from portability and size, the k550’s win every category – the sound they produce is just brilliant, so clear, so much depth, real clarity. The h2 leak little sound and look funky but i find the bass was overly emphasised (although not as bad as beats) and this took away from the clarity you can sometimes hear with them. They are comfortable in short stints but after a while i found them tight on my ears, the momentums are much more comfortable however they leaked too much sound, the h2’s did a good job of isolating outside noise and others from hearing my music. For the usual price of £100, i would expect better, but even at the reduced price of £79 during a lightning deal, they did not impress that much.

They were a present and a brilliant one. Yes, they’re a little tight on your ears but personally, i like that as i can move my head around and know they won’t shift. The sound is amazing and they’re also very stylish. The cable is detachable which someone commented on as unnecessary but i see it as another genius feature – as sturdy as the cable seems, it will eventually wear or break. Replacing the cable alone means you can continue using your headphones. Do you now see the problem with all other pricey headphones?.

B&O PLAY by Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H2 On-Ear Headphones – Green

These are all day everyday better than any other headphone i’ve had so better than bose, beats by dre and sony they also fit the smaller persons head and don’t drop constantly nor are they heavy or flimsy pretty strong and lightweight great quality product.

Awesome heard tones ive never heard before in familiar songs snug fit blocks out sounds light as a feather.

Comfortable to wear, sound awesome. The bass is really pleasant and music just sounds superb on it.

I own a lot of headphones (maybe i’m never happy?. Lol), and the sound of these is really very very good. ***review edited sep 2016 see bottom***rich deep bass. They’re just terrible terrible impractical headphones. Lovely quality build, high quality feel to them, velvet touch headband, lambskin ear covers. . So why are they so poor to adjust, so tight, and so so so hot?.Absolutely no chance of breathing in these, they will suffocate your ears (within 1/4 inch of their life) like no others. I coveted these for a while, and i still believe they are high quality and ymmv (so go for it of course), but i’m bitterly disappointed at who tested these and the money i’ve essentially wasted – no-one else in my family wants them (‘wow. They’re tight and sweaty’), so might try and ebay them. I have no such problems with my beyer, akg stuff whether on ear or closed. ***edited sept 2016***you know what?. I’m gonna try and put up with the tightness more, as with a better music playing device i now own (ibasso dx80) they really really do sound good, well, they always didi still don’t like the fit and crazy tightness, but the excellent sound quality can’t be ignored, so 3. 5 (ie 3) stars up from 2 it now is.

They sound great i enjoy listening to my favourite songs again. They are nice and compact and easy to carry in my bag.

Purchased as a gift for my husband, he is thrilled. They are so comfortable, block out any noise from outside, sound quality perfect and no music heard from headphones. We are shortly going on a long haul flight & i know they will be extremely useful.

I really loved these headphones. I bought as a christmas gift for my daughter. Initially she was worried about wearing headphones as this might hurt her ears as she wears ear studs all the time. But after using she is greatly relieved. The only reason giving four stars is they don’t come with a carry bag. I thought for a premium band and premium price providing a carry bag is minimal thing.

I got this item on an amazon flash sale for £80 . I’m not really clued up about sound quality but to me these are great, for something so compact the bass surprisingly good but doesn’t over power the other sounds such as vocals. The majority of the product is plastic but doesn’t feel cheap, the ear cuffs are comfortable due to being made from sheep leather, the only issue is it says compatible with android but i got the ios version, so my volume buttons on the wires doesn’t work. Does anyone know a way around this, or is it just a simple case of buying an android cable?.Tbh it’s not really an issue. One last note it doesn’t come with a carry case as other similar products do. All in all for price and quality 5/5.

Sound is decent, although the bass is quite bloated. The treble is pretty rolled off, but still fairly detailed. However, they are incredibly uncomfortable. They have a vice-like grip, so any enjoyment one might be getting from the sound is ruined by the terrible pain.

Good earphones but no instructions, maybe i’m an idiot but to get stereo on them you have to keep finger on control, rather silly.

Fantastic quality headphones although some may say they are a snug fit they are not uncomfortable. The audio quality is truly outstanding for use in quieter locations as they are not noise cancelling. Loud without being distorted and deep bass without being muddy or booming.

Good headphones at just over £100 on amazon deals. Great saving on shop price of £170.

Bought these for my wife in prime day. They are comfy, offer good sound isolation for an on ear headphone and sound great. Also impressed with the feel of them. Wish i bought myself a pair. I even don’t mind the slightly girly colour.

I got these in a prime day price, so they were really good value and the speaker quality is excellent. Once again with b&o they look fantastic also, but they let me down on comfort. I can’t use them for more than half an hour without hurting my ears, a real shame – just not cushioned enough.

The product works nicely and does not show any defects. No variations with respect to the description provided by the seller can hopefully reported.
