Bluedio T3 : Love them

A bluetooth headset that is both functional and stylish really brings it right in making it a good bluetooth buy. With easy access to controls mainly on the right side makes it easier to change music and answer calls easily, and the ability to connect a audio jack to extend to a friend or to change from wireless to wired. However it does come at a cost. Some calls do come in as if you are “far away” when being on phone calls, and it is quite noticeable at times. A major persistent issue is with audio swapping. Let’s say, you have one audio playing in an app like music with another audio playing in another app like a game or a voice call, then pausing the music would make the whole headset to be dead silent, affecting both the phone but more prominent and a common trigger with laptops. This is the main reason it is down a star and at times is quite annoying.

I got these on a lightning deal for 24. 99 i have spentthey are a heavy, well built set of headphones. The sound quality is pretty immense and the bluetooth functionality is really impressive. The bass and the position of the sound adds huge amount to your run of the mill iphone earphones. The headphones come with a really soft reasonable quality carry bag to protect them. As mentioned in another review, they wouldn’t be ideal for running but i couldn’t see any issues using them when doing weights/bike. The battery indicator on the phone is also extremely handy.

This story has a brilliant start and end, but a slightly unfortunate middle. Firstly the sound quality and ease of use of the headphones is great, and i enjoyed using them constantly for 5 months. They are absolutely great value for money and i would recommend them to anyone. However after 5 months the bluetooth stopped working consistently on my pair, only pairing for 5-10 minutes before dropping out. I’ve looked at the reviews and this doesn’t appear to be a common problem. I talked to bluedio about this and they had no hesitation in offering a replacement or refund and have been brilliant in dealing with my issue.

Firstly i had already owned a pair of the bludeo t2s turbines. I had these for about 10 months they were great headphones. Great value, great sound ( nice bass). Then one day they developed an problem in which made them just about unusable. Contacted bludeo and they offered me the new generation t3 turbines for just 10 pounds, plus they said i could hold onto my t2’si recieved the t3’s and wow what a stepup. These beautys are sooo much better. Right from the start these feel so much premium class. They feel heavier but i like that. It make them feel expensive. Yes the bass is still there in bucket loads, plus the whole spectrum of sound is alot more balanced. Highs, mids, and lows dance with each other more majestically giving a more defined sound. Ive listed to beats headphones and, honestly i prefer these. Customer service is second to none.

I was recently using the t2s and although the sound quality was near perfect, it had glaring problems, which was the poor build quality and uncomfortable earpads. The headphone band snapped with me attempting to place the headphones on my head. However this has been fixed with the t3’s; the improvement can be felt immediately from the initial unboxing of the product. Moreover, i actually believe the sound quality of the t3’s is better than the t2s and also the earpads feel more comfortable. The one category where the t3’s fall behind, is the design category. The t2s has a more modern/unique look that sets it apart from various other headphones, whereas the t3’s stay true to the status quo and attempts to play it safe. However, if the more outlandish design of the t2s had to be foregone in order to improve build quality then i’m happy with the decision. Besides, this category is purely subjective and depends on your preference. To summarise, the bluedio t3 is a comfortable product that provides a wonderful audio experience.

My son loves these headphones, he’s fifteen and destroys wired headphones by the dozen. So i decided to buy him these in red. They are amazingly well made and teen proof. They charge quickly and keep their charge very well. They are relatively heavy, compared to wired headphones but because they are cushioned well and feel comfortable even for a few hours of watching a movie or youtube (my son says).

They look and fit perfectly, great sound. Amazing product for this price. Regarding the usual complaints:’they are too heavy’, no, check out the professional headphones, most are even heavier. They still feel good after a long period of time. ‘they are too tight’, no, they are not too tight. For a *normal* head with normal sensitivity levels, they are just right. Granted, some people are more sensitive, but this issue should speak for itself. ‘can’t wear them while jogging, or outside’. Well, they are not sports headphones, and yes, they are pretty big in size (but normal professional big, i’d say). Have been using them for a good while, especially if you have used the previous model t2, t3 will not disappoint.

I have been using these headphones for at least a year now and they have never let me down. The sound quality is great and can go very loud without degrading over time. I find that i can hear things in songs that i couldn’t hear with other headphones or earbuds which makes the experience much better when listening to complex songs with lots of instruments. They don’t break very easily. I had to replace them after 6 months which is a very reasonable amount of time considering that i use them everyday and spend a few hours a week wearing them inside an industrial freezer. The low price means that having to buy a new pair after 6 months is not an issue. Both of my brothers have the same headphones and they both love them. One of their headphones broke pretty soon after getting them however bluedio were very helpful and replaced them for free and he has never had a problem since.

  • Great wireless headphone
  • Good stylish alternative but with a few issues

I’m not a hi-fi buff so don’t expect reviews on flattened bass or anything. They fit over the ear and though they are not noise cancelling per se they fit so well it muffles outside noises very well. Like the fact that they come with a standard jack connector as well, so you can listen to non-bluetooth devices as well. Also comes with a generous length usb cable and a carry bag.

I’ve only had bluetooth earphones before and the sound has been terrible. Music sounds decent to me, watching video the sound is great also. They are a little heavy, but once over my head, i don’t notice that much. Easy controls, less fiddly than on tiny earphones and more comfortable also. I am going to use these to work out [home gym] with instead too.
