RHA MA390 Wireless In-Ear Headphones: Sweatproof Noise Isolating Bluetooth Earbuds : This One Works!

Rha is a little known brand but you overlook them at your loss. They produce quality headphones at an affordable price. These are perfect for my gym routine and my everyday commuter. Unlike other in-ear ones which i’ve tried and found uncomfortable, these sit well in the ear and cause no discomfort at all. I thoroughly recommend them.

Sound quality overall very good, insane at this price. Trebles are not as expansive as wired but impressive for wireless. Bass response slightly heavy in the mid bass but worlds better than beats, jaybird etc. The disadvantage is the neckband doesnt always stay in place, it is very light but not shaped so easily slips down your back when exercising or moving about too much. (note: im using inairs on them for great noise cancelling and secure earbud fit).

The best bluetooth ear plugs you can buy for the money, in the past 3 years i have had several bluetooth ear pieces and ear plugs of this type(necklace) etc, from chinese brands to plantronics, and they’ve all let me down in a very short time, like no longer then a year, since i got these i’m 100% happy, i have even bought a second pair for my partner, they’re built to a very high standard, sound is very clear, loud enough when needed, the battery lasts as it is stated in the brochure, they’re fully charged in 90mins from a dead battery or about 30-40mins from a 40% battery. I really recommend them to everyone who relies on bluetooth earplugs on their day to day activities. One last thing to mention is i even use them in the shower and they’re alright, not a single fault.

Had lots of different makes over the years. Sound and build quality are equally impressive on these. Battery life is pretty ordinary.

I’ve tried several bluetooth earphones and each has been returned because the easily lose contact. This one has been much better. The two extra sections in the cord are a bit odd and i find if i sling them too far down my back the pull a bit. Battery life is good enough for my likes losing around 20% over an hour and a half. Sound is as good as you might expect from such an implement. Overall, i like these and would buy again, though only had them a couple of weeks.

Already own a pair of sennheiser momentum wireless headphones, which are tremendous and sound great, but i still used my old pair of wired rha earphones for situations where the momentums would either be uncomfortable to wear or might sustain undue wear and tear (out in heavy rain, for instance). When they finally gave up the ghost–after 6 years of fairly heavy use, i might add–i decided to replace them with the bluetooth equivalent and liberate myself from annoying snags on trailing wires altogether. I read up on lots of different options before settling on these, mainly because, having already made it to the final shortlist, it seemed a no-brainer to go with the pair that was manufactured by the same company as my last ones (since i was so happy with their longevity, build and sound quality, particularly for such a low price). This pair cost quite a bit more than the wired variety, but that was to be expected and, for what they are, the price is very competitive. Upon receiving the headphones, my initial impressions were that these are light and comfortable to wear, seem to have good build quality, look smart and unobtrusive, and connected quickly and easily with my devices. The sound is perfectly decent, i can’t say much more than that for them to be honest, but i do spend 50% of my listening time wearing my momentums and that doesn’t seem a very fair comparison. The bass is a bit recessed and the soundstaging isn’t going to blow you away but, for their price point, they’re fine-verging-on-good. So, why do i love these so much then, if they don’t *sound* particularly mind-blowing?. Here’s the rundown: 1) i get pretty much exactly the advertised battery life from one charge when listening at a reasonable volume; 2) they’re sufficiently light and the neckband is made from such a comfortable material that i honestly forget i’m even wearing them sometimes when i’ve switched them off and left them hanging around my neck, no scratching, no soreness, no annoying bumping of the band against my spinal column; 3) the bluetooth connectivity has been superb for me thus far, only had them lose connection once that i’ve noticed and i had wandered quite some way from the device i was using; 4) the same as with my previous pair of rha earphones, i find the weight and balance of them to be such that, with the right size tips, they stay firmly wedged in my ears for a reasonable length of time without having to bother with those awful fin attachment things to anchor them in place (i can’t stand how they feel or how fiddly make putting in and taking out the earphones). All in all, i couldn’t be much happier with anything else at this price point and may well consider upgrading at some stage, although not sure i like the look of the neckband on the more expensive models.

These are great for my commute to work when i’m on and off of buses, tubes, escalators etc. I like it because i can put them in my ears when i leave home and take them out when i get to work and i can use my phone at the same time without the plug getting in the way. More importantly they sound better than my old sennheiser wired earbuds and the charge lasts me a good couple of days. I spent a long time looking at others but i wasn’t sure i could trust the reviews if you see what i mean. I don’t often write a review but i have done so because i genuinely feel like i owe this product a favour.

I use this product on commute, i can mostly get away with 1 charge a week, which is about 8hrs, the sound quality is good for mp3/4 and the fit is ok, but. Traffic lights interfere with its signal which is exceedingly annoying. They cut out whenever i am at or passing traffic lights, which is not cool.
