SoundMAGIC E11C In-Ear Isolating Earphones : Good value and sound

Pleasantly surprised at the clarity of sound and separation, a well balanced delivery, the base lacks punch, however that takes nothing away from the overall sound quality. A real bargain at this price point and very comfortable to wear, with the neck band giving plenty of support so you feel no tug on the cables attached to the buds when in ears.

Having previously using the e80s, i can say that they e11cs are a somewhat superior pair of iecs. The bass is simply magical, initially overpowering due to my current equalizer config but once i got the bass level under control, every song packed a punch. Definitely a good pair of headphones for a dnb fan. Metal sounds great as does most genres, particularly songs with synth and bass sub elements. I wouldn’t rate the overall sound much over the e80s but definitely not worse than. The physical aesthetics are pleasing and do look very modern and scream quality. My only gripe would be that i prefer the texture of the cable on the e80s whereas the e11s cable is smooth. The only other negative i can think of is that in comparison to the e80s, there is a far less selection of earpiece sizes and shapes. I prefer the finned design of my e80s. However, the rubber earpieces included are comfortable and do isolate some external sounds.

Better than the e10, enough said. The cable is much much nicer and looks better too. Sound quality is slightly better than with the award winning e10. Best earphones under £50 by a long stretch and better than even those in the higher price bracket.

I have been looking for a new set of bluetooth earphones and have read many reviews. I landed up buying the rha ma 650 because they had great reviews and were half price on amazon. They are very nice ear buds but had some major floors. The biggest problem was the remote volume control, it goes up in 20% stages each push of the button. So it’s either too low or too load. How no one noticed in the production testing of these buds is a complete mystery to me. Believe me it’s so annoying and also bad for one’s hearing. I then started looking at other ear buds and came across a review on the soundmagic e11bt ear buds. This is when i learnt about bluetooth 5. I know not all phones support the format but eventually they all will. I decided to get these ear buds and i’m so glad i did. The bluetooth range is much more.

The e11c is good for anything music. The e11c’s more present midrange excels at acoustic/spacious recordings, vocals and ‘real’ instruments. The clarity and background on offer gives recording spacious and immersive, with a nice width and depth.

I really love the sound of these headphones, very balanced and a rich bass without being too ‘tiring’ (i have had other in ear headphones with more bass presence, but i find them a bit intense and there is a limit to how long i am able to use them). I think the build quality is extremely good, i have had e80s in the past and the e11 is more attractive and also more comfortable. I think the mic and vol control is a very nice addition over my old e80s as well and work well so far. My only reservation is that in general i find the level of the e11 (and the e80 headphones) a little low, mostly it is not an issue, but in very loud environments i do not find their performance ideal, for example on a very loud tube (central line you know who i’m talking about).

These are highly recommended, especially when viewed against price. Well made with a quality feel and look about them and more importantly a well balanced sound. Nice little semi-hard case provided too. My only slight niggle is that being so small they can be a little tricky to remove. Overall very happy with these.

These are a really decent pair of headphones. Great sound quality, very crisp and clear with a nice warmth to it. They’re pretty comfortable and come with 3 sizes for the rubber ends. Seems like a good solid build quality too, i feel like these should last a while. The little remote on the cable is good too worked find with my android phone and very handy for play/pause and volume. Overall very good pair of of earphones at a great price.

  • Beautiful sounding headphones – good value for money
  • A great successor to the E80s. A bass lover’s wet dream.

Sound quality is important for me and i have much more expensive headphones. Having bought some sound magic e10s as a stop gap at an airport i was immediately surprised and impressed. I saw these listed and couldn’t resist trying them. The sound from these is rounder, deeper, fuller and just better. The bluetooth connectivity is excellent. For convenience and sound they are fantastic.

Having owned a pair of soundmagic e10 ear buds for the best part of 5 years and have them receive constant abuse whilst still sounding great, when they finally broke last week, i knew i needed to stick with soundmagic. This time i wanted the mic and volume control, so upgraded to the e11c. They look excellent — the design is timeless and the all silver finish is lovely. They really do feel premium. I’m no audiophile but to my ears these do sound excellent. The highs, mids and lows are all very clear — the bass definitely is more powerful than my last set. It might be because they’re new but the volume is definitely louder too. Overall these are a great buy.
